Buyers may return their orders, or part of them, up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason.
To coordinate the return you will have to contact our Commercial Department through the e-mail address discover@theafricantouch.com and we will facilitate the process.
Once the articles have been received, and it has been checked that they are in good condition, the return will be confirmed and the amount previously paid will be reimbursed in the same payment method used to make the purchase. The return costs will be borne by the customer.
