It is a small matrimonial seat that represents spouses. The Dogon village mythology affirms that a ‘Primal Couple’ begat all people, and they are traditionally represented as a man and woman seated together on a stool.
This piece have a tremendously African character and provide every atmosphere with a one-of-a-kind visual center of attention.
Due to their isolation, the villages of the Dogon country, in the Bandiagara Cliffs in the Niger river flatlands between Mali and Burkina Faso, have preserved their secretive lifestyles.
