Indigo cushion 40×40 with padding

Description

Cushion made with authentic indigo bogolan fabrics. It has also been made with an old piece whose quality is far superior to the current one, tinted chemically.

The color blue has not been able to synthesize chemically until a century ago (and its production is focused almost entirely on the production of denim) but in the Sahel it has been produced since ancient times and to some extent its trade contributed to the strengthening of many of its kingdoms

It was extracted from the snail and various species of plants from warm climates. Such is the import of this color that even the Tuaregs call themselves ‘indigo men’.

The preparation and finishing are excellent and have an ideal measure for armchairs and sofas.

It is removable thanks to the zipper, which allows washing. It is delivered with a custom padding.

It comes from Mali.
