Description
Striped cotton cloth for several uses among women in northern Morocco. The strips and colours are endless and all of them provide a lovely visual identity anywhere you use it. As you wash the cloth the fabric becomes softer.
The most common version of fouta is the apron that is tied around the waist, although it can serve as a rug, plaid, tablecloth, towel, and even to upholster!
